On April 15, a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation was signed between SOCAR and its partners in the South Caucasus Pipeline Company, and Mingachevir State University.
The memorandum was inked by Fuad M. Ahmadov, Executive Director of SOCAR Midstream and Shahin Bayramov, Rector of Mingachevir State University.
The memorandum outlines cooperation between Mingachevir State University and SOCAR Midstream in the field of modern educational programs, strengthening the existing capacity, and steps to be taken to train highly qualified personnel.
